Hit Points, Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed: Those exist in every Pokémon. Using them masterfully along with the right item, ability, typing, move set, mechanic, team balance, care and love, and of course brilliant thinking mid battle will lead the trainer into victory!
Katsuya
dodged and then punched. Shirr dodged his punched and kicked with her long legs
at Katsuya feet and tripped him. "It is difficult. I didn't realize how
weak I was." Katsuya said.
"Giovanni
needed you to be weak. He just taught you how to use your Synchro Pokémon but
he never trained you properly. But don't worry; I'm sure you'll get stronger in
no time."
"Are
you really sure about that? I don't know…"
"Don't
you trust me?"
"That's
not what I meant…"
Shirr
giggled "I know. I was just teasing you."
"Shirr…
I still don't know how to thank you."
"Just
be yourself and happy. That's the best way to thank me."
"That's
what I'm talking about… I keep owning you more and more."
"Aren't
we past that? Come on, have some self-confidence."
"Right!"
Katsuya kicked Shirr's legs and tripped her as well. "You lowered your
guard."
Shirr
started laughing. "You are at right course! Catching your opponent off
guard is part of fighting."
"Miakko!!!!
Waiareas!!!! Ryu!!!!!" Matoi waved to them.
"Long
time no see, Matoi." Waiareas said.
"Miakko,
are you going to challenge a GYM?" Matoi asked.
"Actually
no; now it is my parent' turn." She answered.
"When
I think about that… We never saw you battle. We saw only Miakko." Nog
said.
"Let's
go." Ryu said. Matoi and Nog followed them. "Are you going too? I was
thinking you are Miakko's fans."
"Nobody
said that we can't be fans of the Furukawa parents as well, right?" Nog
answered.
"Yeah
you created Miakko so it only makes sense that we'll be your fans as
well." Matoi added.
They
entered to a narrow and dark alley. "Weird… is this really the GYM?" Waiareas
asked.
"It
says that the Spikeumuth GYM is here though…" Ryu said.
"It
looks like a place where people sell drugs…" Nog said.
"Yeah
like Brazle did!"
"Matoi,
we weren't supposed to talk about that!!!!!!"
"Brazle
did what?!!!!" Miakko screamed.
"Matoi
was just joking!!!!!" Nog tried to cover his idiot husband's big mouth.
"Yeah
it is not like she almost was put at the prison for her deeds! It was a
joke!!!!"
"Matoi
you idiot!!!!!" Nog punched him at his face. "I'll assault you if you
won't shut up!"
"Sexually
or physically?"
"Physica-
no, actually sexually. This place looks like a great place to have sex."
"Yeah,
it is dark with neon lights! Makes me horny as fuck!"
Nog and
Matoi took off their clothes "We'll join you later! Nog comes really quickly
anyway!" Matoi said.
"You
aren't supposed to say that!!!!!"
"But
he compensate by getting erected really quickly, so it doesn't matter!"
Oh yeah!
Another yaoi movie for me! But no, I have to watch Waiareas and Ryu, so now
I'll pass.
"Welcome.
I'm the GYM leader, Piers." The man said. He looks as if he was in a deep
depression for years, maybe from the day he was born. Alongside him was the
second leader, his younger sister, Marnie.
"MARNIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We love you!!!!!!!!!" twenty fat men yelled. The faces of all of them were
painted in pink. Some of them even held dakimakura with Marnie's picture
painted on it. They were known as "Team Yell", and many considered
them evil and annoying.
'Not
again… I've told numerous times to stop with that…' Marnie was thinking.
The Tag
match of the Dark GYM time was about to begin. The rules were simple; each team
will use five Pokémon each. The first team to lose five Pokémon will lose.
Miakko was watching her parents and hoped for them to win.
Piers
summoned his Overqwil, while Marnie summoned Scrafty. Ryu summoned Meowscarada,
while Waiareas summoned Sirfetch'd. Overqwil's and Scrafty ability has
activated; both of them had Intimidate, Ryu had no choice but to switch her
Meowscarada with minus 2 physical attack stat decrease. Sirfetch'd wasn't affected
due to its Ability, Scrappy. Ryu switched to her Dragonite. However, Waiareas
wasn't in good situation at all. Scrafty used Fake Out which flinched
Sirfetch'd, didn't give the option to move, and did very small damage. That was
the siblings' plan. Therefore, Piers used the chance and ordered his Overqwil
to use Substitute, which cut its health by twenty five percent, and gave it
protection from the foe's attacks.
"Great
move!!!!!! Marnie!!!!!!!!" Team Yell yelled.
"How
is it going?" Matoi and Nog joined. "Your parents are winning,
right?" Nog asked.
"They
at the losing side for now." Miakko answered. "But they will win. You
finished quickly this time."
"Yeah
Matoi came like in two seconds. I shouldn't have let him to be on top."
"Marnie!
Marnie!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Who
are those wierdos?" Matoi asked.
Matoi, you
are the last person who can call others 'wierdos'…
"They
are fans of Marine or something." Miakko answered.
"Will
you shut the fuck up?!!!!! We are trying to watch the match!!!!!!!!" Matoi
yelled.
"Shut
up! We are cheering!" one of Team Yell shouted.
"I'm
going to assault him!!!!!!" Nog shouted.
"Nog!
Don't! You'll ruin the match."
"Okay
Miakko. I'm sorry!"
'She has
control over them… unlike me and my fans…' Marnie was thinking.
The battle
continued. Piers ordered his Overquil to use Icy Wind. It is a weak move, but
it does damage both foes and lower their speed. Ryu was surprised. She didn't
expect to be attacked by an ice type move, a four time effective move on
Dragonite. However, due to weak power of the move, along with Overqwil low
Special Attack, and Dragonite's ability Multiscale it barely did any damage.
Ryu knew that she has to get rid of Overqwil's Substitute, and used Dragon Claw
which broke it. Sirfetch's used Brick Break on the Scrafty and did a decent
damage, but wasn't able to defeat it. The Scrafty used Drain Punch on
Sirfetch'd, which didn't do much damage, but regained some of its health. The
real issue was that now, due to the Icy Wind, both of Ryu's and Waiareas'
Pokémon will attack last.
"Sis,
let's get rid of them; changing targets." Piers said. Overqwil used Gunk
Shot on Sirfetch'd, and Scrafty used Ice Punch on Dragonite. They defeated two
of the Furukawas' Pokemon in a blink of an eye.
"Yeah!!!!
Marnie!!!!!!" Team Yell yelled.
"Son
of the bitches, we can yell as well!!!!!" Matoi yelled.
"Just
try!!!!!" Team Yell took out a giant megaphone. The GYM crowd became a
chaos.
"Fuck
off!!!!!" Matoi rushed toward two Team Yell members and punched them in
the face.
"Asshole
what are you doing?!!!!" Matoi was punched.
"How
dare you assault my husband?!!! Only I'm allowed to do that!!!!!!" Nog
tore up some of the dakimakura of Team Yell.
"My
waifu!!!! No!!!!!!! You killed her!!!!!!! You asked for that!!!!!"
"Go!
Garchomp!" Waiareas summoned his shark dragon.
"Volcarona,
you are next!" Ryu called.
Garchomp
used Stomping Tantrum, a Ground type move on the Overqwil, which was enough to
defeat it. Volcarona used Air Slash on the Scrafty, and it was enough to defeat
it as well. Each side had three Pokémon left.
"What?!!!!
Marnie is losing?!!!!!!!" the Team Yell Member called only to hit by
Matoi's knee strike.
"Don't
attack my friend!!!!!" the Team Yell member's head was smashed by Nog.
"Nog!
Matoi! That's enough! I can't focus on my parents' match!"
"Ten
more guys and we are done with them!!!!" Nog called.
"I
said enough!"
"No.
Let them!" Marnie called.
"Marnie?!!!!
What are you saying?!!!" Team Yell was surprised.
"Do
you know how many times you have ruined my matches?! The reputation of my GYM
has gone down to below zero! I hate you!!!!"
"But
Marnie… we just tried…"
"We'll
continue the match soon." Piers said.
"So
we got the permission!" Nog and Matoi clicked their fists.
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Ouchi
Ouch!!!!"
"Take
that!!!!!
"Son
of the bitch!!!!!"
"You'll
never have children!!!!!!!" Nog kicked the final Team Yell member's balls.
"It is okay, you can continue!"
Piers
summoned his Obstagoon, while Marnie summoned her Morpeko.
"Marnie's
ace!!!!!!" one of Team Yell woke up and cheered.
"I've
told you to shut up!!!!" Matoi head-butted him and knocked him out again. Both
of Marnie's and Piers' Pokemon were knocked out in a mere second. The only one
that was left is Marnie's final Pokemon.
"Go!
Grimmsnarl!" Marnie summoned her Dark/ Fairy type Pokémon.
"Gigantamax!" the Pokémon grew to gigantic size and changed its appearances.
"Garchomp!
Go!" Waiareas ordered. "Dragon Claw!". It didn't do any damage.
"This thing… is a Fairy type…" he was surprised. "It doesn't
seem like one at all."
Ryu
ordered her Volcarona to use Flamethrower on the Grimmsnarl. It barely did any
damage, due to the Dynamax' and Gigantamax' other effect; it makes the user Hit
Points double during the use.
"Max
Starfall!" Marnie ordered to use the Fairy type Max move, which hit
Garchomp and destroyed it with one hit. Since Ryu already used her Mewoscarada,
Waiareas is out of the match. Ryu had no choice but battle alone with her
Meowscarada and Volcarona.
Volcarona
attacked again with Flamethrower, and once again it didn't do much Damage.
Marnie saw Meowscarada as an easy target as it was Dark type which is weak
against her Max Starfall Fairy type move, and attacked. However, Ryu ordered
her Meowscarada to use Protect.
It was the
next phase of the battle; the last phase of Marnie's Gigantamax. "Ryu is
amazing, isn't she?" Waiareas praised is wife. "I have already lost
but she still battles."
"Waiareas,
what are you saying? Your sacrifice is part of tag battles!" she said.
"I'm going to win!"
"Mama!
Go!!!!" Miakko cheered.
"Meowscarada!
Use Flower Trick!" Ryu ordered to use the Grass type move. It did very
good damage due to the critical hit.
"You
just got lucky because you got a critical hit!" Marnie called.
"That's
where you are wrong, Marnie." Piers said. "Flower Trick always hits
with critical."
Volcarona
used Flamethrower again, and decreased Grimmsnarl down to third of its Hit Points.
"This
ends now! Max Starfall again! Hit with super effective damage the Meowscarada."
It didn't for some reason, and wasn't able to defeat the Meowscarada, despite
being very close to. Marnie was surprised.
"Marnie,
let me explain to you." Waiareas said. "Meowscarada's ability Protean
changes the user type to the same type of its last move. But it only works at
the first time."
"Wait…
does it means… Meowscarada is a Normal type?! The Protect wasn't just to stall
for time?!"
"Wait…
does it means… Waiareas and Ryu have won?!" Nog said.
"Exactly."
Piers said. "There is no way for us to win."
Miakko ran
toward her mother and hugged her for her victory and hugged her father as well.
Miakko knew it at this point; Waiareas and Ryu are going to be the Tag
champions of this year Pokemon League.
